The Untold Story of Charles M. Schultz

On Wednesdays, I share posts, fables, songs, poems, quotations, TEDx Talks, cartoons, and books that have inspired and motivated me on my writing journey. I hope these posts will give writers, artists, and other creatives a mid-week boost.

A while back, a good friend sent me this video about a man who persevered despite his circumstances. An inspiration for all of us!

  1. Thanks, Joanne. Love the video. Charles Schultz is one of my heroes. And Peanuts was my favorite comic. I wrote a blog post years ago about this show, about the kinship I’ve always had with Charlie Brown. I miss that wonderful comic strip Schultz created!

I love working with kids and Peanuts is one of my favorite cartoons!
Here is a short video my author friend, Joanne Guidoccio posted recently sharing the real story behind Charlie Brown.
It reminds us that life isn’t always easy and that we need to teach our kids how to persevere.
    Enjoy!
