Joanne, you have certainly faced some tremendous bumps in your road, but compared to cancer, that Achilles tendon tear was a walk in the park! I had one, too, but not severe enough to require a boot. I have a bump I can feel in the tendon where it healed, but I shared your pain. Keep trekking!
